Description

With this recipe, you'll be able to make 8 very thick and fluffy pancakes in just around 20 minutes.

  1. Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt together in a large bowl.
  2. Make a well in the center of the bowl and add milk, butter, and the egg. Mix until smooth.
  3. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle (using around 1/4 cup for each pancake).
  5. Cook until bubbles form and edges are dry (2-3 minutes). Then flip until browned on the other side.
  6. Repeat for the rest of the batter.
